What about personal development at Reiser?

We have put a lot of thought into this area to make it even better and more personalized for our employees.
For example, we offer training that we derive from a "specific" need.
This includes maintaining or expanding knowledge in a specific area, such as advanced programming skills in a language or learning new negotiation techniques.

In addition, we accept individual development wishes and explore company-related opportunities for individuals.
Following individual development plans, development paths are then defined so that both sides know the goal and the path.

Furthermore, we regularly offer opportunities to expand knowledge across departments, look into other areas, and gain new perspectives.

Financial support for advanced training (e.g., a degree or technician qualification) can also be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Is mobile working (home office) possible?

In principle, we offer the possibility of mobile working. This can mean temporarily working from home or from other locations around the world - communication with us is important here.

However, this is not (always) possible in all areas of the company. For example, if production is working on assembling components into complete systems, this opportunity may not arise.

However, for tasks that can be performed from home (e.g., research, processing of strategic goals), these tasks can also be carried out from home.

In other areas of the company, it is quite common for employees to work flexibly from home and come to the office for meetings. Where it works, we are happy to provide flexibility.

What can you tell me about working hours? How are they structured?

We offer full flexibility - without core hours and with actively practiced flexitime, everyone can create their own perfectly balanced rhythm between work and personal life.

Working full-time with us means having a 40-hour week, which can be flexibly scheduled from Monday to Friday.

We aim for a balance between work and leisure. However, we are also open if you prefer a different weekly work schedule - let's discuss it, and we'll find a good solution.

Depending on the department, work does not necessarily have to be performed entirely on-site; it can also be done temporarily from home or another location worldwide. Overtime worked can be paid out later or compensated with time off - attaching extended weekends or two extra days to a vacation is generally not a problem.

Who pays for work equipment and necessary work clothing?

You will receive the necessary work equipment and clothing from us, tailored to your individual needs. We accommodate individual preferences so that not everyone has to adhere to the same standard if it does not suit them. Let's talk and work together on optimizations.

How does compensation work?

To ensure market-appropriate compensation, we regularly review the salary bands established for each department (these are internally published and accessible to all employees). On top of the base salary, the company may provide voluntary benefits and performance-related bonuses. At Reiser, dedication is rewarded.

What benefits do I have at Reiser?

In addition to the great personal and professional growth opportunities within the company thanks to the way we work together and the way we "tick" as a company (dynamic, hands-on, trial and error before study, etc.), there are several benefits in our portfolio.

At this point, it should be briefly noted in passing that we do not accept stagnation here either: we are constantly questioning this offer, expanding it where possible and checking that we can offer you even more.

Here are just a few of the benefits: 30 days' annual leave, top work equipment, performance-related allowances and additional insurance, health promotion and personal development.

But feel free to read more details in our benefits section and get an overview for yourself.
